Services

Pension Projects and Feasibility Studies

Pension projects and feasibility studies are expected to become more popular due to challenges in the labor market. A pension plan can be an excellent tool for supporting employer branding, recruiting and retaining employees. Although employer-sponsored pension funds are not common in Hungary, Aon offers local and European solutions for pioneering companies.

Data Migration and Software Support

We have expertise in several evaluation software, and our team provides assistance to those who wish to transfer their actuarial calculations to a new platform. Platform changes involve the migration of data and assessment software between different systems. Migration projects can last from a few months to years.

International Projects

Our team takes part in international project work from time to time. Projects mainly involve Aon’s Wealth & Investment business and can come from different locations globally. We have already worked together with most European countries, but also with the USA, India and Japan.

Development of Business Technologies

The development of business technology is a growing sector within our team. Our programmers and toolkits help you design and implement global pension management solutions. They learn about the activities of several teams and try to connect and build relationships with each other. This group also strives to make internal processes and tools more efficient.

Accounting Valuations and Reporting

The multinational clients associated with our company operate occupational pension funds, for which we prepare actuarial assessments and reports (IAS19R, US GAAP / ASC715) based on international accounting standards. Companies are required to prepare these assessments for each financial year, in order to quantify their pension and other payment obligations in their balance sheets, using the best estimation methods.
