I started my career at AON in 2017 as an actuarial analyst. During the past years I was mainly responsible for leading the Belgian market and the Training Team. From 2024 I have joined to the Management Team, where we are responsible for overviewing the operation of the whole EAS. We support Enikő in decision making, help the development of the team and ensure the stability of the business. During the busy season, I am still working on Belgian valuations.

Enikő Rátkai

I joined the company in 2008 and since then I have been involved in many exciting tasks and have developed a lot in both technical and soft skills. I have been leading the actuarial team since 2020 and also work as an actuarial analyst in the Swiss market. It is very motivating to work in such an international environment, where the company also provides great flexibility to maintain a good work-life balance.

As part of the Management Team, with my colleagues we are responsible for overviewing the operation of the whole EAS. We support Enikő in decision making, help the development of the team and ensure the stability of the business. During the busy season, I am mainly working on German valuations.

As a First Line Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and supporting the markets within the United segment, with a primary focus on the French and Belgian markets. I am also involved in a variety of management-related activities within our team, including organizing training sessions, seasonal planning, resource allocation, and supporting the development and growth of our colleagues.

Edina Nagy

I joined Aon in 2012 and have had the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of markets, including the UK, Poland, CEE, Belgium, and Germany.

Over the years, I have led various projects and later took on the coordination of the Belgian team. During this period, I also worked as a people manager and subsequently served as a Team Leader, with responsibility for leading both the Belgian and Swiss teams.

Currently, I support the management team in my role as United Market Lead by coordinating activities across the United markets and related projects. My responsibilities include ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, fostering professional development, and promoting knowledge sharing across teams.

Rita Zempléni

I first joined Aon in 2008 and worked there until 2019. During this period, I gained experience across several international markets, including the UK, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Italy. In 2014, I began supporting the German market, which was then a new area for the Budapest team. It was a particularly exciting time, as I was able to play an active role not only in transferring technical expertise but also in developing processes and building the team. I was responsible for leading the German market until 2019.

In 2026, I was delighted to return to Aon and once again take responsibility for leading the German market. Over the years, the area has grown significantly and expanded its scope, offering even more opportunities and challenges today.
