I started my career at AON in 2017 as an actuarial analyst. During the past years I was mainly responsible for leading the Belgian market and the Training Team. From 2024 I have joined to the Management Team, where we are responsible for overviewing the operation of the whole EAS. We support Enikő in decision making, help the development of the team and ensure the stability of the business. During the busy season, I am still working on Belgian valuations.
I joined the company in 2008 and since then I have been involved in many exciting tasks and have developed a lot in both technical and soft skills. I have been leading the actuarial team since 2020 and also work as an actuarial analyst in the Swiss market. It is very motivating to work in such an international environment, where the company also provides great flexibility to maintain a good work-life balance.
As part of the Management Team, with my colleagues we are responsible for overviewing the operation of the whole EAS. We support Enikő in decision making, help the development of the team and ensure the stability of the business. During the busy season, I am mainly working on German valuations.
First line menedzserként feladatom a United oldal piacainak átlátása és támogatása, fő fókuszban a svájci és belga piaccal. Részt veszek a csapatunk körüli menedzsmenthez köthető feladatokban, mint például training szervezésben, szezon tervezésben, erőforrás elosztásban, kollégák fejlesztésében és támogatásában.
I was promoted to the First-Line Manager role almost a year ago in 2024, and a couple months later also became an Office Coordinator.
The roles are pretty exciting but brought their own challenges, which I feel I overcome over the months.
It is very fulfilling to be able to manage a larger portion of the work both colleague and valuation wise, I hope I can contribute to Aon’s success in any way.
I joined AON at 2016. Over the years, I was lucky enough, to work on several markets. Initially, I gained my grounding in French company valuations, and in the meantime, I have also worked in the similar Polish market, for which I was the responsible coordinator at one point. I also started to work in the Austrian market, which was new for us at the time, where there were plenty of challenges. But since 2019 I have been working on the German portfolio, where I have also become First Line Manager. I also keep in touch with my German colleagues in Stuttgart and Wiesbaden to make sure everything is running smoothly. During the spring and summer, I have also been involved in UK valuations and I am also leading a small project where we are doing 15-year forecasts. As a manager I have several tasks, such as guiding people, distributing tasks and helping the management team.
I have been a part of AON since 2017. My main objective since then were Dutch valuations. I have also been managing the Dutch team for the past 4 years now. I was involved in many other projects in my time here, such as UK and Norwegian valuations, recruitment, and I lead many projects as well, which allowed me to work together with the Cyprus and Indian AON offices as well. As of 2024, I am a First Line Manager, where our main priority is assisting the Management Team and being the channel between the Management Team and the other colleagues. During the accounting season, I am still managing the Dutch team and valuating Dutch plans.
